We can build the most beautiful school, design the most thoughtful curriculum, and serve the most nourishing lunch — but if the Rebbi in front of the children isn't worth following, none of it matters.
Many kiruv organizations underpay their teachers, churn through them every two years, and treat them as interchangeable. We don't. Our average rebbi has been with us for 11 years.
We pay our rebbeim a livable, reliable salary. We give them mentor-rebbeim. We send them to a 5-day summer training every Av. We sit with them when they're discouraged, and we celebrate with them when their toughest student finally cracks open the Gemara.

Our rebbeim get paid on the 1st of every month. Every month. Even in 2008. Even in 2020.
$1,800 covers a substantial portion of a single Rebbi's monthly salary — typically 50–60% of one Rebbi for one month. Multi-month commitments available.
